What is one decision you made with your project that you made the biggest mistake?
During development, I used 8 different languages at once. These are the costs of programming, content and support. It was very unpleasant to realize that I was mistaken.

One of my biggest mistakes was trying to make everything perfect as usual, which led to getting stuck in perfectionism... :(
