40% of our operations are automated, all with the help of WorkBot as we can provide documents to this chatbot in its knowledge base and it analyze and makes tasks easier improving efficiency and productivity in our workplace.

I cant say percentage for now, both actions that require follow up and drive user retentions have been passed into transactional email system rather than emailing the user manually.
