Honestly just to prove to myself I could do it. Am an analyst so had a bunch of models and tools, had the initial thought — I wonder if I could package these together into something usable?
Then had to march (not delve, march!) through various layers of inexperience… backend, frontend, devops, marketing/seo.
Maybe not the best for finding PMF, but definitely empowering.

Used to let “I need it to be perfect” be a source of resistance. Often would end up moving on to the next shiny object.
Over the last year have been intentional about not letting great be the enemy of good. Finding balance.
