I am from Georgia, I am quite aquiented with the ecosystem here, it's gaining traction in recent years, a lot of change is happening, new laws and young people trying their luck, but at this point we are quite a small market, there is a lot of room for improvement!

For me it's setting time for relaxation and some music. lately i am trying out just putting my phone away completely and it seems to reduce most of the anxiety pretty fast. I'll make an update on my findings

In todays age we get stressed way to fast and retain Anxiety way to easily thru the day.
