Completely out of context but I took a look at narrato.io and it's awesome to see how far you've come in the past couple years — I was wondering, with the end-end content platform you provide now, what did the MVP bare bones functionality/value prop start with? Really appreciate your input!

@yukioyama hey Yuki. Thanks and glad you like Narrato :) . We started with the vision of creating an end to end content workspace for content creators and marketers. Our first version didn’t have AI - released almost 2 years back - it was a content project management and workflow solution. But we realized if you don’t solve for creation itself, the value is not complete - which is where AI in Narrato stepped in and it has been transformational since then.
We could make the product modular so that customers can pick only those services they need and the rest are hidden. That could make product light weight and ultra fast.
@santosh_bagalkot1 that's a great point, tons of people seem to complain today too with bulky applications that have way too many features when they only use the product for one specific use case. are there examples of applications you use Santosh?

I'd engage with users before launch and clarify our product's value.
We're also launching our product Blainy and it is also a content writing product on Product Hunt Tomorrow.

I think I'd ask the whole team to engage more on the Product Hunt community itself - since the launch is taking place here, it makes sense to engage actively with other interested product hunters/makers/marketers!

Reflecting on the journey, I would prioritize engaging more deeply with the community from the start to gather feedback and build stronger relationships. Additionally, focusing on a clearer communication of our product's unique value proposition would be key to differentiate and capture interest more effectively.
Engaging more with the communities
I'd say get more people on the team to be active in order to have a bigger cumulative follower base. Also, we've tried to launch after two months of activity here, but it seems like it's better to be active for longer durations for niche products!
Good that there is an opportunity for a relaunch with updates later, so we can learn from our experience and try again!

I’m still in the middle of my launch currently but I would definitely get on Product Hunt sooner and start engaging and using this as a place to get feedback. I’ve only been on PH for little over two weeks but I’m absolutely blown away by how engaged and generous this community has been.
Also if anyone here would like to check out my product and give us some feedback it’s called Model Muse AI! We would deeply appreciate it as this is our beta launch and we are trying to work out any issues with our workflows!
