Over the years, we have researched integral parts of the apartment hunt, and reviews and ratings are major influencers for apartment renters when deciding where to live. RANKING APARTMENTS BASED ON RESIDENT SATISFACTION: The ORA score was created to provide a single score that is a holistic look at the online reputation performance of apartment communities. It aggregates the online ratings for 13+ review sites and pushes the data into an algorithm creating one single score. This single score gives apartment communities an easy way to understand how they are perceived online regarding their reputation. ACCESS FOR APARTMENT PROSPECTS AND RENTERS: Furthermore, we created the ORA app to provide access to prospective renters and residents of apartment communities to understand how apartments are ranked in resident satisfaction. Renters can use the ORA app as the final step in their apartment search to ensure their short list of apartment communities has satisfied residents.
