Me! I love it. I feel like I may work less hours (which is probably way too many anyways, since I'm the founder lol) and be more productive during those hours! How about you?

I totally agree Marie-Philippe! I am the same way. I find myself to be way more productive and disciplined when working from home. I think working hybrid may be beneficial even so that colleagues can bounce ideas off of each other when building something or working on a campaign.
However, for me at least, being in the office full-time can be distracting or I distract my coworkers from a task.
Me! 🙏 I love socialising since then as I have more energy for that. 🫠😀

Yes. Remote is the future, would never change back to an office culture. To many advantages for remote work. Actually it's more hybrid, because most of the time we do an office day on Wednesday, but always depends. There are also months in which I don't see the office at all. Btw. we are launching a product for remote workers soon.
