@sophiasolanki hehe!!! I guess it's super important to know when to stop :P But a good cup of strong coffee is a great pick-me-up :)
A cup of coffee and a book in isolated area really helps.
Honestly, taking a nap once in a while really helps lol. If there's way too much work and I can't afford to take a quick power nap, caffeine is my best friend. I take short breaks every now and then to destress - I usually scroll through Instagram or play some games.
Take a 15 min break, cup of coffee without phone or laptop. Just on my own

Sauna for sure! as long as it's hot enough, It's hard to think about anything in there, let alone stress.
I literally ask my inner self to get things done without paying attentions for distractions π
