Recently, I was communicating with the C-Suite people in a SaaS startup. Their main pain point was to become more agile. My views were as follows: ✌️Embrace Automation for Sales and Customer Support. For data entry and follow-up emails, the startup can increase efficiency and free up time for SDRs and spend more time on BD by closing deals-> An example is to Sync CRM with LinkedIn ✌️Utilize your communication tool For example Integrating Slack with other tools such as calendars and project management systems, facilitates the sharing of updates, scheduling of meetings, and coordination of tasks in one centralized platform. ✌️Conduct Retrospectives which fosters a culture of openness & continuous improvements: By regularly evaluating and optimizing their processes and workflows this increases efficiency. ✌️Encourage Transparency: Create shared documentation where team members can reflect on material and get assistance if they have FAQ questions.

Very odd. Almost none of this maps to how I understand agile/lean methodologies: talk to your customers, think in questions/hypotheses, and follow the data.
