I'm really excited about Auto-Drafts personally - if it can capture my voice (and they have all the training data!). Lots of my email that's the most time-sensitive are things like making intros...speed matters a lot. Another thought: This is a pretty ambitious feature set. Each of these features is simple to understand but has to clear a high bar of reliability in order to be useful.

Oh interesting - do you mean have AI infer what to replace the placeholder with, or have essentially variables that you can define? I wonder if AI auto-response will supersede this as it gets better.

Naive question as I haven’t built a developer tool before: do you do classic usability / ux interviews? Are there strategies you’ve found uniquely useful to learn how to improve UX / ergonomics from the developer POV?

[from the X Spaces AMA]@gabe : What went into the crazy launch moment?@filip_kozera- we dogfooded it, making products with Wordware to show what's possible- e.g. launching GitHub via launching a few repos to show people what you can do with Github- We put out a couple projects, and one (twitter.wordware.ai) went insanely viral (scrapes X and analyzes personality).

I'm interested to see the responses here! I've usually used home-grown solutions in the past, so I'm not even sure what I've been missing.

I started using @Wispr Flow with Replit and then migrated to using it more generally - really slick and fast implementation!

Oh interesting, so @ankitgordhandas your voice agent switches languages while on a call? Like it asks users what language then switches?

Kinda niche UX question: As I'm using agents and apps in general, I find myself going to audio input / dictation more and more. I really wish there were more audio-in-text-out style interfaces, because it seems like the most efficient, highest-bandwidth interface for semantic info. Have you seen this anywhere?For example, in ChatGPT advanced voice, it frustrates me to no end that I have to wait...

You've got lots of developers building on Vapi. What are a few of the products built on Vapi you're most excited about, and what do you think makes them special? (I'm guessing you work really closely with these teams so you get a privileged view of their iteration speed and style).

I've followed you and @nikhilro since you built @Superpowered , which I really admired for its craft and attention to UX. What prompted the pivot to AI voice infra?
