VIPhawk is simple - it watches your signups (with a javascript embed, API call, or CSV upload) and detects when there's interest from VIPs like journalists, celebrities, investors, or anyone you think is important.

What we’re up to:

Private Beta - After a strong showing from BetaList & BetaBound, our private beta is now full! As an FYI for those of you who are currently beta testing, we’ve merged you into this list and will be handling communication through Product Hunt for the remainder of the beta... because who doesn’t love Product Hunt?
New Features - This week, we made improvements to our javascript embed code to better support dynamically loaded forms, updated the dashboard to show VIPs detected from List Checker alongside real-time detections, and fixed a few bugs related to the dashboard view.

How you can help:

Press Exclusive - No need to be shy: we’re pitching tech blogs and press outlets this week to exclusively cover our launch (scheduled for late September). If you’re affiliated with a technology publication - or know someone who is - reply to this email and let’s talk ASAP.
Private Beta Testers - Does your site get 500+ signups per day? We’re looking for a high-traffic site for inclusion in our private beta - as a thank you, you’ll get a free year of VIPhawk service.

Hey Alex, is this going to be free for open source 0-profit projects? Giving back to the Open-Source community is very important for having an open and efficient developer eco-system! (MailRoom, a news journalist service is free for all non-profits as well as open source which is super cool!)

Are you going to offer a Slack integration to notify users when new people or "VIP's" signup? I would imagine this being very useful.

@rrhoover Absolutely! Our roadmap has 1-click / app integrations for Slack, Shopify, Wordpress, and a few others. In the meantime, the API is Zapier-friendly (and we've written a handy Zapier integration guide) - some of our Beta users found Zapier integration more convenient than manually setting up an API or JS embed.

@rrhoover @brucekraftjr Hey Bruce! Not public, but we're putting the finishing touches on our Shopify App which will launch in early March, and Wordpress is up next. We'd be happy to help you install VIPhawk in the meantime!
