One thing - the "Subscribe" button says "Subscribed" which is confusing. Perhaps it should say "Subscribe" (in blue?) and then when you are subscribed give the green "Subscribed" and turn to the red "Unsubscribe" on mouseover? Of course this could all be part of your plan and I'm just nitpicking at the non-final product, but thought I'd mention it.
