Amazing experience with UserQ. Literally saved my research project when I was finding it really hard to get participants for a survey in Egypt. Received my results from 150 participants within a day! The results were great with additional information about the participants.( Great plus) Kudos to the amazing customer support by Jessica. We had a great experience collecting our research data using UserQ. The platform meets our target of MENA residents, with good function and panel. The data collected is of good quality. It is also reasonably priced. The team is very supportive and professional in answering our questions and providing customized solutions. This is an absolute game changer for accelerating research projects and producing more value with little effort. I've personally used the prototype test and the experience to set it up and launch it has been a breeze! The user panel is by far the most comprehensive panel I've seen in the region, allowing researchers to conclude usual 3 day long moderated usability testing sessions to a 20 minute snack break while UserQ gets to work. Using UserQ is the definition of work smart, not hard.

UserQ is a fast way to capture user feedback and data in the MENA region. I often use it for my UX research and design projects. The tool has helped me to test my hypotheses and assumptions and, eventually, improve the products I worked on. My favourite features are tree-testing and card-sorting.

I can easily gather feedback from different demographics with consistency and accuracy that makes my life easier wrapping up my research project in no time. This is highly recommended.
