Q: I’m curious about the autonomous vacancy identification feature—how does it work in practice?
Ans: Our basic approach is a committee of 4 well-known LLMs for that. Shortly, if they don't achieve consensus, team receives notification and resolve it manually, saturationg fine-tune data at the same time
Q: Also, how does the platform ensure the quality and relevance of the preliminary video interviews?
Ans: Actually, we do! We transcribe videos and match relevance of transcribed voice with Q using previously mentioned committee! If we can't extract voice or can't match meanings, we put it on manual rails
Q: Does it integrate with existing HR systems or job boards to find and track openings?
Ans: This is one of our main priorities for 2025!
