I think its an interesting and useful app for my needs , it is important for me to calculate my rest time so that I have time to do urgent tasks, which I sometimes do early in the night.
I tried Remy AI for sleep, health, and focus, and it’s become a game-changer for my routine. The app offers personalized recommendations and tracks your progress effectively, though it could benefit from more in-depth insights. Overall, it’s a solid tool for improving wellness and maintaining focus.
Not gonna lie, I mainly downloaded it because the UI looked cool. Ended up sticking with it because the sleep analysis is actually interesting.
At like 3 AM one night, I was doomscrolling and figured I’d try Remy since I clearly wasn't going to bed anytime soon. Didn't expect much, but turns out I was sabotaging my own sleep — that 6 PM coffee habit was wrecking me. Cutting that back made a bigger difference than I’d imagined. The app's cool, but I’d love more personalized advice — sometimes it feels a bit one-size-fits-all.
It will be incredible to add bed time stories etc. The team should explore that side as well.
