Congratulations on the launch! It looks promising and has great design work. As it is well-known that administrators in Slack have access to all messages sent in their team, how do you plan on assuring users that their answers remain anonymous? A single breach of trust would destroy the value of anonymous feedback. Perhaps instead of using slack messages, you could send a link to a noon hosted feedback site so it could clear any doubts of nosy bosses. The platform's value relies on administrators making correct decisions based on feedback. Are you supporting them in any way to increase team productivity? If so, please include it on your marketing website, as I was unable to understand the "actionable outcome" part of your formula.

Noon is a great product! It helps my team stay in check on how they're feeling. What I really like about it is that it's actionable. If I feel like there is something I need to change, I can create actions that check in with me to see how I'm doing.

Noon is an incredible product with flawless integration that skyrockets our team engagement rates. Couldn't be happier! It's a safe space where people feel free to share their honest feedback, since they never share personal details with anyone. It's really easy to participate in because it's fully integrated to our internal comms (we use slack, but I saw that they recently integrated with Teams too), capturing sentiments in real-time. Also, Noon provides tailored suggestions on how to boost well-being in the team, which helps a lot for us to take accurate action.

I love how Noon help us, as team leaders, to learn from topics that are rarely shared with us, as it provides a safe and confidential environment for our teams to express their emotions. This helps us in improving their work environment timely, and helps anticipate potential layoffs or absences. Therefore, this update, which integrates it into our internal tools, simplifies the process and encourages our teams to continue using it. Congrats to Noon team!

Amazing tool, I would recommend this to everyone! I think a lot of founders are not aware of the importance of using this kind of tool within their company.

I've been using Noon with our team for a few weeks now, and what I really like is that my team reflects on well-being daily, compared to surveys we used before where we reflected for a few months in the past!

I've been a fan of a similar solution called Erudit for a while now. Really like the visuals, and the idea is spot on. But as someone who's also been studying the HR market for a while now, I'm not really keen on someone reading our messages (I know they're probably encrypted and anonymous, but still!)
