SCAMMERS!!! The absolute worst! We booked a 24sqm room in E-hotel Higashi Shinjuku in Tokyo through the Klook app, only to find out that they booked a 12sqm one for us instead. We could barely fit our things here! In addition, there is no customer service number you can call for help in Klook. Worse off, the E-hotel Higashi Shinjuku kept passing on the blame to Klook instead of helping us out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! PLEASE AVOID BOOKING ANYTHING THROUGH KLOOK. GO FOR RELIABLE APPS LIKE BOOKING.COM.

SCAMMERS! I went on the website of the Pergamon Museum in Berlin to book a time slot directly with them - seeing that the time I wanted was sold out I decided to try Klook where the same time slot I had tried seconds earlier on the museum's website did show as available so I was very happy about that thinking that Klook may have access to their system allowing bookings you wouldn't be able to do somewhere else because really, why would you need a travel site to make a booking when anyone could book it on the venue's site directly right?….But that's what where they rope you into their SCAM. They offer you a time, take your money and shortly after send you an apologetic email how very sorry they are about this slot actually not being available. Why do they sell a ticket for a time slot that isn’t available using today’s digital technology where systems get updated within seconds but the SCAM doesn’t stop there, the way these scammers operate is that they then offer you an alternative time slot which ACTUALLY isn't available either! So they emailed me again saying that the time they offered as an alternative isn’t available either offering me an ALTERNATIVE to the ALTERNATIVE, ironically this was offered in an email they sent at 1.13am when most people are at sleep. The next morning they sent me a 4th email with the audacity to say that I didn’t reply, not considering that the reason I hadn’t replied yet was MAYBE, just MAYBE because the time zone in China where they operate from is 8 hours ahead to Germany where I booked this and where most people are asleep at that time of the day. Even if I had stayed up till 1.13am waiting for Klook to email me with a new time slot, it would have been a ‘fantasy’ offer anyway since every time slots they give they then cancel shortly afterwards saying it’s actually not available. They are SCAMMERS, they take your money for a service they can’t confirm and I'm still waiting for the refund! Also, you can’t call them to speak to customer service, they made me wait 45mins in a chat where I was then told that they can’t help me. The money they take from you is one thing but it’s not worth having your holiday ruined because the numerous emails where they cancel one booking after the other takes time, on top of that 45mins in a chat with no result, and on top of that you spend time on finding another solution how to make the booking but by the time you spent on dealing with these crooks, all time slots I could have found if I hadn't been wasting on this where obviously all gone by then. Holidays should be quality time and not be wasted by these crooks, so do stay away if you want to enjoy your time off and as I said, there is no reason why you can't book with the venue directly, I was just too naive to think they can make your holiday easier when all they do is turn it into hell.
