We use Claspo for our SaaS... It works perfectly, but the support could've been better.

Really easy to use widget. Some things which I noticed,
1. I cannot edit the questions once posted.
2. Questions marked as spam cannot be un-marked (not spam) again
3. Default avatar image is missing on dashboard, without which on widget the avatar looks broken.
Great product, looking forward for more features. Cheers 😄
