I believe in the power of serving others by spreading happiness and wisdom. During my yoga teaching training in 2013, I underwent a vast transformation that awakened my authentic self. I felt as though my renewed aura radiates a clearer sense of meaningful purposes, values, and attitudes. Since then, I have built a robust and consistent practice in my journey with the meditation techniques that I have learned from my yoga training.
As my knowledge of meditation deepened, I often wished that I had this knowledge earlier in my journey so that I had the right tools to deal with day-to-day challenges. Then, a profound idea emerged where I wanted to combine my two most precious passions together: humanity and meditation. Enlightened Energies (EE) is a true reflection of me at multiple levels and I am thrilled to positively contribute to the lives of humanity with the help of meditation.
