@hai_ta1 Agents can do both inbound and outbound! Also, inbound and outbound capabilities come directly out of the box via API endpoints!

@sawan_kumar13 iMessage is a really high trust channel, and as long as people use it for 2-way conversational messaging and not spam, it'll remain as such!
iMessage as an agent channel is an underrated bet. Most agent interfaces live inside apps that users already have to open. Texting is ambient, it meets users where they already are. The interesting constraint is that SMS forces brevity, which actually disciplines the agent into cleaner, more decisive outputs rather than walls of text.
AI agents that text customers in iMessage — that's dangerously convenient. Curious how it handles spam prevention though.
