This is interesting from a B2B services angle. We've been testing AI-driven outreach across channels, and iMessage has dramatically different engagement rates than email — especially for inbound follow-up. Question: how are you handling opt-in compliance for B2B contexts vs. B2C? Our clients are mostly professional services firms in the tri-state area where the majority of contacts are on corporate email, not iMessage.
