Creating an account is easy but passed that the interface is quite confusing but most importantly buggy. For example, I cannot access the feedback left by my users. It gives me a blank page. Another issue is that I cannot edit my roadmap. Finally 90% of the features are siting behind a paywall (which is fine in itself) but you do not know which one and you constantly get asked to upgrade. I find the solution expensive and I would not even know which tier to select as you do not know which feature will remain blocked. Overall, great idea, great look, but the tool is sadly too complicated to use as an admin. I do not want to spend too much time understanding what's up when I start a project. When my project is mature, then I probably have another solution in place. I was really excited to use it, now I am just disappointed.
