This is an awesome product. I can think back to job searches where I have had to use a messy excel file or Trello board to manage all of my applications and companies interviewing. I frequently had a hard time keeping details on each job listing. Will definitely be using Teal in my next job hunt. Any thoughts on adding a resume builder tool? I seen a lot of tools that leverage AI to review a resume and compare it to keywords similar to this, but then also make recommendations on what to change about your resume.

Import CSV/ notion etc for easy migration to this teal 2. notification on follow-up dates 3. scheduling follow-ups 4. Entering Round-Wise notes/ status 5. Customizable states (like i would want to add, waiting for referral)

Ive been using this thing since the first version Dave built, amazing to see how far its come, how accurate it is, and how helpful it is to get a sense of blind spots and growth opportunities. The 360 nature of this is the key, don't just do it for yourself, get everyone on your team to rate you, that's where you will find the most insight! Great work folks, love what y'all are building.

This tool sounds super useful; job searching is definitely a messy process right now. One big burden of the job search I remember was having to individually tracking the status of all my scattered application so I could remember to schedule, prepare, follow-up, etc. Teal seems to provide a centralized view and that would have alleviated my previous painpoints. Avoiding double-booking interviews was also a big problem I recall facing. Some folks solve this using Calendy but maybe it'd make sense for Teal to also tackle this?

Such a great tool! Love that there's the awesome for 360 feedback from peers as I think self awareness can potentially big a big downside for these type of tests. Love that you can take it more than once - after all people grow and change over time.
