The brush itself is super easy to use, especially for a toddler who hates a brushing their teeth. It’s fast, easy, and fun at first (until the song gets old lol). The issue is the charger and charge port. We didn’t have it two months and both completely rusted out and the brush wouldn’t charge. Customer service has been a nightmare. At first I couldn’t get a response. Once I did, I never got a follow email from the first. There is no live chat like they advertise. There’s only voicemail when you call. It’s HORRIBLE. It’s been two weeks and I’ve received two emails back and no resolution. The product would be great if it lasted longer and if customer support were an actual option. I was asked if I wanted to order more accessories lol. What a joke.

Purchased for 15 year old son. He did not like it b/c it did not feel like it was really getting his teeth clean and after I observed, It is way expensive so should be GREAT. Unfortunately, customer service says NO RETURNS if you try it. Um, how do you know if you like it or it works. So we are stuck with it. DON"T BUY unless you are good with not being able to return if you are not satisfied. Recommend buying the electric toothbrushes from Costco. If you are not happy with any purchase there, they stand behind their members and refund your money. Lesson learned.

Brushing has gone from a crying ordeal every night to my son asking ME if he can brush brush. Thank you!! I would pay 3x the price for this product for the value and sanity it brings the whole family.

Best Christmas gift for my son! We bought this not knowing if it will work. We thought it was expensive but gave it a try anyway because of the Black Friday discount. My son finally brushes his teeth without a fight!! We’ve had to hold him down as a toddler, bribe, and ground him! He’s now 8! He does this brush just fine! More than once a day too!! And it’s cleaning his teeth so much better than when he was manually doing it himself!! Thank you!!!

This product changed the brushing experience in my family. Now, I have to tell my kids they can’t brush their teeth more than 7 times per day! I’m immensely satisfied, make videos of them dancing while they brush their teeth almost every day. Thank you for designing this product.

The silicone brush head is ideal for my sensitive teeth and gums, and it's really easy to use and comfortable.

The brush itself is wonderful but I think there needs to be more toothpaste options, my child did not like the toothpaste flavor. Also, I think there should be other design options (ex: dinosaur, unicorn, fairy, princess) Pros: Kids love this! Cons: n/a

DO NOT buy this product! Mine broke in one week of use and I can't get a refund for it. This product is of terrible quality and their refund policy is horrible.
