Hey Product Hunt! Today we're launching **shared folders** to help teams automate anything, together. Shared folders let teammates share access to specific Zaps and collaborate to build more powerful workflows. We launched our first version of Zapier for Teams earlier this year to help teams benefit from automation. But the ability to share and collaborate with your teammates has remained one of our most requested features—which is why I'm excited to share this news today. At Zapier, we believe in the power of people and that everyone can benefit from automation—even if it's just saving you 5 minutes a day. Let the machines automate the routine while you focus on the creative work. Zapier for Teams lets you create teams, invite teammates, and cover the costs of everyone's usage into a single invoice. With the addition of shared folders, team members are now able to: * Create shared folders to help your team keep all your shared Zaps organized * Add Zaps to any shared folder to share that Zap with the team * View the Task History for any Zaps that are shared in your team account * View, edit, or create a copy of Zaps within shared folders—even if you're not the owner or creator * Share connected apps, such as a company Intercom, Airtable, Zoho, or Calendly account, so other team members can use those company tools in their Zaps without the need for login credentials * Move Zaps from your private folders to your team's shared folders—and vice-versa We're continuing to work on improving team accounts so let us know what you would like to see next and what would help your team automate better. You can read more about Zapier for Teams here: We'll be around all day to answer any questions. Wade

@wadefoster We've been using Zapier for Teams for a while and eagerly awaiting shared folders. This is a huge bonus for us! For our customer-facing workflows in Slack, we've built them on top of Zapier behind the scenes. Looking forward to either sharing pre-built zaps with our customers or letting them lend their credentials to our zaps so we can do all the config work for them.
@superstrong Thanks for being one of the early adopters of Teams! We're so glad we can finally share this feature with you. It's something we're seeing more and more: our customers using Zapier with their customers. If you have any feedback on how we can improve this, don't hesitate to reach out
