This is a cool idea but the product seems extremely confusing in light of existing bike signals. With the left hand up so the arrow properly indicates left, you're making the established signal to turn right. There is no light on the palm, so stop is unindicated. Apparently it's okay to use your right hand to signal right, but most bikers ride on the right side of traffic, so most bikers also just stick with left hand signals. In this case, there is no way to indicate right with the gloves, and indicating left gives you an arrow pointing at a 45 degree angle toward the ground. Thanks for working on improving bike safety; it's truly a crucial thing to work on in the world — but I will stick with analog hand signals for now.

Hey Andrew, there is much confusion over the hand signals and which ones are 'ok' in the US and elsewhere.
It turns out that right-turn as extended right arm is legal over most of the world (UK, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Russia, Australia, Spain, US and Canada).
It's only in the US and a few other places that it's optional for a left-arm to signal for a right turn.

"Created by a Google Engineer, these Turn Signal Gloves are one of the best ways to increase your visibility and communicate your turning intentions to other vehicles on the road."
I really think this would save lots of lives on the road. I've had too many close encounters when switching lanes on a bike even when waving frantically. Having turn signals on my hands would definitely make me more visible. Pity they cost so much. I'd be constantly worrying about accidentally throwing them into the wash!
