Thanks for the hunt @robjama

We’re very exited to share You&A with the Product Hunt community today!

You&A is an app that lets you ask Fitness Experts questions and get personal video responses (up to 5 minutes in length). We realized that not many people who work out actually need an expensive personal trainer/online-coach at all times, many a times they just need personal advice on a quick question that they have. There wasn’t a way to seamlessly consult a trainer/expert, so we built a platform to do just that. Think of it as a micro-coaching platform, it is a new and unique approach to online coaching and one that we are very excited for the world to try!

Have any fitness related questions? Ask away on You&A, all of our experts are accepting questions for free right now!

We would love for you to try it out and let us know what you think.

Like a fitness-focused Whale (cc @ranidu @justinkan). I nominate @mscccc to become a fitness expert. 💪🏼

Fantastic, I was thinking yesterday on where to ask fitness related questions and get a video (not text) response from professionals.

Cool app. Is the purpose behind the video component to show users how to actually do certain exercises? Like form etc..
