Thanks for posting Sam! Hi Everyone! I'm one of the cofounders of Yardbook. We’re really excited to share Yarbook with you. @briangamido can you share a sample profile?

@briangamido Hi Brian, working with HVAC, I've learned it's hard to get contractors to consistently use a software tool. Are you finding that your users are active on daily basis or are more sporadic across the month(s)?

@eniac Hi Nebojsa--Thanks for the note! Are you interested in taking a look at a sample business profile? If so, we have a pretty good example midway down on our homepage at: https://www.yardbook.com/pages/home

@pori_alex Hi Alexander--great questions! We're finding many of our users coming back on a daily basis, because on any given day, our users can be servicing dozens of households. They are coming to the site daily since we help them manage their daily schedules and jobs. Hope that helps!

@briangamido I'm assuming the daily schedules and job management is done by them via the dashboard. Or is it a case where your customer support helps manage their account?

@pori_alex Hi Alexander! It's mainly self-service. Our goal was to design an system where our users could do all the tasks themselves. We noticed that other software required hours if not weeks of training and we felt that just wasn't efficient. We do have friendly online support and a pretty robust support page in case our users run into any snag.
