@immanuelkapa thank you for asking! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป We tested the integration with a couple of partners in the past. You can check Machaao - www.m.me/Machaao/ - and see how they use Waves to engage with their fans. In this case, Machaao ships best performing photo-questions from the Swelly community + their own labeled Swells to their users. Labels allow you to flag your content. You need to add this later to your API Call to get Swells based on your label. We differentiate between two common usecases. Usecase 1: company name as label โ†’ use it to broadcast your Swells randomly. Usecase 2: specific labels to add Swells to certain flows / sequences. Name it *โ€œonboardingโ€* in case you want to have the A/B question within your chatbot onboarding. Hope this was helpful. In case you have further questions, make sure to reach out to me! Hi, guys! How long will my photo questions be live? Are live stats possible?
Hey @vanessameseguer - good question! ๐Ÿ™‚ During the creation process, you can choose how long your Swell (that's how we call our A/B photo questions) should be live and running. You can select time spans from 5 mins to 30 days. ๐Ÿ™‚ Longer durations make sense in case you add those Swells to you chatbot on-boarding sequence. In this case can also provide live stats, the first update is available 24h after publishing it. Hope that was helpful.
