Without a question the one app on my phone that has made life better for years. By far the best meditation app out there.
I was a big fan of the App until I reached out with a question about one of the Teachings. I never received a response. Typical of fake Enlightened People. They are rude because they think they are better than the rest of us. Can't even respond to a member. My feeling is Harris is basically an intellectual.who has had no deep Awakening.
I've been using this for years now and wouldn't want to live without it!
My go-to app for meditation and mindfulness.
Review of Waking Up
Use the app everyday. Sam Harris is the best Sherpa for the exploring the mind and as the app says "waking up".
'The wise companion that each of us needs.' Sam Harris' skillfully-guided Intro Course is already easing me into the freedom enabled by waking up to the reality of consciousness, experience, and attention. This app uniquely enables discovery of the true purpose of meditation, understanding why mindfulness matters, and what it means to live an examined, fulfilling life. The education and mindfulness practice that I have always needed. User-friendly, exemplary user support, transformative content.

The interface is easily to use. I haven't yet purchased a subscription yet so I can't speak to the paid content at this point.

I've been waiting to see what this app is like after using 10% happier and Headspace for the last few years. I like the inclusion of the lessons, which offers a little more insight compared to the competition.

This is the only meditation app I can honestly say has been life changing for me. Everything else in the category I've used has only been pretty good to superficial. There is an ability to capture and deliver with simplicity enormously complex subjects. Masterclass.
