@pamevls Great question! The biggest challenge is making sure we're analyzing call content in a way that's actionable. There are a handful of other companies attempting to analyze calls, but very few are providing data that's clearly coachable and designed to help show longitudinal performance trends.
The other thing we have to keep in mind is that Sales teams operate differently from one company to the next, so the output has to remain flexible while also holding true to a core set of beliefs for what makes a sales team successful.
