Urban Airship Connect provides user-level information via a real-time streaming API, plus a set of pre-built open omnichannel connections. Our goal is to help your entire business take advantage of what's happening in your mobile app, from data and marketing teams to operations. Every part of your business needs to be dealing with your mobile customers, and Urban Airship Connect helps you do that using systems that you already have, or by connecting directly to our platform.

@mbalex99 Thanks for the feedback! I'll break it down a bit. There are three main components here: * Real-time streaming API -- this is a foundational layer that gives customers direct access to events happening in/around your app. These events come from both our SDK and our infrastructure. Customers can connect directly and build use cases off of the information coming through it, eg, when somebody taps on an interactive notification button, you can trigger some other actions in your system, or escalate to sending an SMS message if somebody doesn't open an app after 15 minutes. * User-level information -- all of the information comes through at the user-level, as it happens. This isn't batch or aggregated information. That being said, you can choose to only get a sampling of information, or to narrow in on specific event types or users to get only the things you need. * Pre-built connections to other systems -- for customers who don't want to connect directly to the API, we've got a large number of pre-built connections that they can use to improve those systems by giving access to information about what's going on in an app. Some of these are basic, like putting this in batch format on S3 or via Kinesis, and some of them are complex, like using Lytics to get a really good single view of the customer. Hope that helps!
