@kevinyun Hi Kevin, Upcall is primarily geared towards B2B industry as people are more receptive. However, our platform accomodates B2C campaigns as well and we had some clients who had some great results as well. It works amazingly well for campaigns where you have existing relationship with customers, such as loyalty or retention campaigns.
