UJET just launched today, with $20 mil in funding: http://facebook.com/l.php?u=http... their clients include Fitbit, Juicero and more. They are one of the top companies that I'm working with (as an advisor) and I'm psyched for them to come out of stealth and launch publicly. this video is a good representation of the product's capabilities:

@neilparikh you got it. Intro coming over now. Casper would actually be like the perfect type of client for this product

Is this automated voice support? Do you see this as complementary to Intercom or competing?
Jack SmithHunter@_jacksmith · Serial Entrepreneur & Startup Adviser
@omermolad Competing. It's an all in one solution that companies can use, vs a mish mash Frankenstein approach of piecing together lots of different products. They also have features that I've never seen elsewhere "there are several providers in the voice and chat space. However, UJET is one of the only holistic platform for voice and chat channels that customers can reach via in-app, in-web, or in-1800 routes. This makes it extremely efficient for modern contact centers with cross-skills agents and provides the freedom from piecemeal solutions."

Wow, really really cool :) Always have one doubt about automatic solutions - it's non-humanity but here it seems natural ) Good luck guys)

The app looks great and has some very neat features but it's hella expensive. Even worse, they want you to buy into a yearly contract! That's such corporate bs. It should be monthly and a discount for yearly, with NO contracts.
Jack SmithHunter@_jacksmith · Serial Entrepreneur & Startup Adviser
@erickbarron86 good point. They do actually offer monthly pricing without a year commitment. That's $49/month.
