Brilliant for managing all your project backlogs in a Kanban fashion. Including a list for the DIY tasks around the house.

As a Marketer I use this daily to manage workflow, sort ideas around future content and prioritize my activities. My team collaborate and report using handy integrations with Google and we use it as a Customer service and Sales script repository to store links to docs and how-to videos.

Pros:

Great for visual Agile Kanban Boards, GDT lists and creating sitemaps

Cons:

Can't set due dates and go live dates to view when things will go live in a secondary calendar view.

If you aren't an organized person Trello allows for easy to see visuals that help keep projects on track. The team at Curexe has specifically used it to organize our bugs, new features, staging and production stages of our development.

Pros:

Great product for staying organized with your developer team. We execute everything remotely and keep organized with Trello.

Cons:

It's worked flawlessly so far.

Trello has helped me organize my projects for a while now. Since I work as a software engineer. An example of my boards is sort of where I create tasks then I classify them according to their current position on the sprint. For example I have tasks in different cards such as Icebox, Backlog, Current Iteration and Done. I have set deadlines all ranging from 2 weeks to someday :(. Overall a great product!

Pros:

Create Boards, Set alerts, Create Cards, Set Time Limits

Cons:

Nothing really!

I just started using this with my marketing team at work, and so far it seems to be an efficient way to coordinate on projects. Now if I can just remember to log in and actually use the boards...

Pros:

Simple way to coordinate with teams on project goals.

Cons:

Everyone needs a trello account. Another place I need to log in and keep track of.

We use KanBan boards in our manufacturing floor and my suggestion to use display boards with Trello has been a great integration.

Pros:

Great project management site.. the use of cards for projects is what I use Trello for!

Cons:

None that I can think of...

After many frustrating searches for organizational apps that work for the way I think and process information, I tried Trello upon a fellow writer's recommendation. A great reference tool app that's easy to use!

Pros:

Visual thinkers and learners will love this--color-coded lists, memos, reminders, checklists, and more with no clutter or bulk!

Cons:

Nothing at the moment--I love it!

Using Trello for several years and have even taught several classes, great tool for teamwork.

Pros:

Great Kanban Board, Organise dispersed teams easily.

Cons:

Additional features of boards and lists would be a great addition. Automation would also help.

Самый простой task manager для контроля проектов, который быстро принимается любым коллективом, даже если в нем люди возраста ваших родителей. Интуитивно понятный интерфейс приучит к порядку в делах всех членов команды.

Pros:

Task manager, который освоит даже папа с мамой

Cons:

Чтобы не держать все дела в голове, при этом, ничего не забывать сделать

The main tool I use to organize my schedule and projects.

Pros:

Organizing level hard.

Cons:

It takes a while to get used to the features.

Trello help me organize my work in defferent team and projects. And also buying food)

Pros:

Sometimes there are glitches during the authorization with android.

Cons:

Nothing)

This is my go to tool when a project lacks a project manager or the project manager is not trying to micro-manage tasks by the dev team. When they let us drive the stories - we aim use simple over complex.

Pros:

Ease of use, simplified, versatile to work the way you want to work

Cons:

May lack some complex features project managers prefer to have

Great.

3T provides Time Tracking, Reporting, Invoices for Trello and more.

If anyone need it.

Pros:

project management

Cons:

nothing

This is already a classic for productivity and I use it for years. Although it has some limitations in the free plan (the numbers of plugins for instance), it's still very productive and help you keep things simple.

I just believe they could improve some flows, allowing the user to connect cards and boards since it helps you see your things in a more manageable form.

Also, it could show you some graphs about the boards and "projects" progress along the time in the dashboard view.

Pros:

Awesome, very well crafted UI, powerful, simple, lots of plugins and integrations

Cons:

Hard wired cards and boards structures

very intuative.

Philosophy

It is the kind of tool that makes you simplify the way you think about project management.

Team collaboration

At work, we use it for everything. From small to big, to personal projects. Everyone praises Trello there. We didn't have to impose it on our team, it imposed itself!

UX

- The kanban style interface is awesome at displaying loads of data in one screen, while maintaining a good sense of separation of concerns.

- Real time updates feels magical. The interface is very responsive.

Price

Team collaboration tools tend to be quite expensive. While Trello is better than most of its competitors, it's free. You can't beat free. Unless you're way better.

Pros:

Free, easy to use, blazing fast, versatile, and perfect for team collaboration.

Cons:

I love using it so much, sometimes I spend too much time on it.

We tested Trello and MeisterTask for our marketing team and basically decided for MeisterTask for the above reasons.

Pros:

Very flexible, very lightweight collaborative task management tool, well integrated with other Atlassian tools

Cons:

For me personally too flexible and not as good/fresh looking as some other task management apps in the space

It's a great tool to organize projects, specially for Agile teams. I have been using it for years for my mkt and business teams and It's flexible and runs smoothly.

Pros:

A simple way to organize everything

Cons:

I haven't found any yet

I use Trello for small tasks

Pros:

The easiest task manager

Cons:

find none

Easy to use.

Pros:

Great for task listings and project collaborations

Cons:

None

I've used it for weddings, product launches, marketing plans and more. I've not consistently used it, but I keep coming back!

Pros:

Trello is super flexible, and I can use it across work and home.

Cons:

You can't order lists by card due date - that would be great.

Amazing app! Have been using for a year and will keep using it.

Pros:

Great organizing tools, also coloring/tagging and teams are most useful features

Cons:

I'd like a prettier design, but current one is good too

I just used this prodcut for about a week. Therefore, I have not much experience yet

Pros:

Great for GDT lists

Cons:

Can't set due dates

Just a great, simple & beautiful tool!

Pros:

Simplicity!

Cons:

Not much!

This is probably the best software to organize tasks. If I join a new team and they aren't using trello, I set it up for them first thing myself

Pros:

Very easy to use and learn. Great visuals.

Cons:

The horizontal scroll position is not remembered. Confuses me a lot on long lists.

I used Trello to manage my day... my favorite part is the way the web app & mobile app are in sync so I have my todo's whever I am.
Trello is flexible, with a simple interface, but has lots of power under the hood if you choose to use it. This is definitely more than just a task list though. You can always access all the information that this program has helped you do. It’s incredible
It's a good coordination product that we always use for updates about projects, clients and notes. Our team use this platform a lot so that we are always on the same page when it comes to group project.
I really really really do not like the product design...
Trello has great templates, but it still lacks a timesheet for better tracking than the current deadline.
My first product management platform before anything else was even introduced! Love it. Still use it. I remember my previous company used it as a CRM alternative for awhile even. Super flexible if you can be creative in your solutions!
Awesome platform. Makes our schedule and work flow so much smoother.
At the moment, it is very simple and easy, free of charge within the framework of small jobs) I have been using it for a year and always pleased. Thank you!
One of the favorite task management apps out there!! I have tried loads and this one wins by far.
Highly underrated software. I first started using it back in university - I'm still using it now a couple years later!
