Ugh, I really want this, but was disappointed it linked to a Kickstarter page. This is the type of item I'd order in an instant if I could get it tomorrow, however I'm not going to put a deposit down and hope it ships in 6 months time. Respectfully, it just looks simple enough to get to market sooner. Best of luck with this product - I love the concept - but get this available for purchase sooner, and I'll buy one.

@ferdeline Hi Ayden. Glad to hear you really want it - we appreciate the feedback! It really comes down to the fact that we really didn't want to over promise - as many do on Kickstarter. The product has quite a few moving parts and to deliver a quality product will take a little time to get right - I have 15 years experience in consumer product design and manufacturing so we're really confident we'll be up and running as soon as we can. We'd like nothing more than to be able to get it to you sooner - and if we can we will!

@ferdeline Sadly this is my feeling for anything I see on here that goes to a kickstarter. I would love to purchase it, but don't want to deal with the BS of a kickstarter project.

@mattcramsie the fact that you actually have experience in this field makes a big difference for me. I too am often disappointed when I see something cool and it goes to Kickstarter. Too many disasters there but I wish you good luck this is cool.

@ferdeline I agree. Honestly, I didn't think Product Hunt even featured Kickstarter (crowdfunding) projects that are not already launched and ready to buy.

Hi all. I can totally understand the wariness and frustration that exists around Kickstarter - there's been more than a few projects that haven't delivered on their promise. And it's equally frustrating to those of us who do the right thing and plan and budget correctly. We are well aware of the many traps that some of these projects have fallen in to and are ready to deliver on our promise - as indeed many others do. If we don't see you on Kickstarter we'll see you on Amazon in early 2017!

@espitia7 @ferdeline @mikecoutermarsh Without affiliation, just a happy user: http://roo.st is really a good solution and pack into an even smaller package. Yes, less aesthetic, but this is a must-have tool (especially for those making long hours: Save your wrists, neck and back!).
