I mainly write technical articles. I'll never use this to write a technical article and I don't recommend it to anyone writing anything serious.

I use this app whenever I'm replying to hate comments on Youtube. I never manage to finish writing my comments. And this is good. Great product.

Pros:

Straight to the point. Does what it says it does.

Cons:

None. Really.

I could see using this when I want to dig in and bang out words and force myself to care about quality later.

Pros:

It was fun! I also lost on purpose to see what it would do.

Cons:

Should maybe have a small sound cue as well.

Sucks to loose the work , but it was a stream of conciousness and nothing vitally important. good tool for writers block but not for actually creating work.

Pros:

good excercise

Cons:

losing the stream of conscious work, spell check/autocorrect doesnt work in it

cool idea, I couldn't write continuously 5mins, after several attempts, I could see the result.

Pros:

simple app

Cons:

none

In the past month, I've been taking 5 minutes out of my morning to write using The Most Dangerous Writing App. It's been an incredibly freeing experience. Previously, I'd get stuck on one word or thought that interrupted my entire writing flow. Now, I push through because otherwise I lose it all. This app has become a bit of an addiction for me. My only suggestion to the makers is to add an option to be given a writing prompt to reflect upon. Often, I search for my own before but it'd be amazing to have that within the app.

Pros:

Get out of your head and freely write as thoughts come Simple yet beautiful design

Cons:

Zero.
