I am reading this currently. My biggest take away so far is that we (as a society) blame humans too much when a product is used incorrectly. If a product is not used as intended, that's on the product designer. We need to do a better job with design overall.

@eric3000 Exactly! After reading it for the first time I used to say: "blame the designer or product manager" not the people who cannot use it or use the product or service incorrectly.
