What do people think of Tellus?
It is hard to believe that this app is free. This should be used for all landlords and tenants OR any homeowner! This app. documents all activities for my rentals including rent collections, bill payments, tracking of expenses/legal documents. Year end summary easily saves many hours for taxing. The instant chat function makes the communications with tenants more efficient and somehow more friendly too. And the response of chats with Tellus Support is always fast and satisfactory.
I recommended this app to a friend who is a homeowner but does not have a rental property yet. He uses this app to keep all important housing related documents and expenses in one place. The receipts for repairing and remodeling, together with the important documents can be pulled out anytime. This is a great tool for regular homeowners to keep the complete record for their properties!
This is a great mobile tool for landlord or property manager to collect rent, manage property, and keep all tenant data in one place. Tenants can submit work request and chat with landlord directly. As a finance person, I can finally give up Excel tracking for this better tool and its automated reports.
This app has every aspect of the real estate process covered. From renting, repairs, investing, it has all bases covered, something that previous apps I used weren't able to offer. On top of that, the interface is so intuitive, especially the messaging feature, which is where I think the app will really excel in the future. You can message companies (ie Home Depot), not only your landland.
