I am part of the Enhancv team and we are currently working with TeamScope. It help us get our teams better, be more efficient and think deeply about our hiring process.

Pros:

Teamscope.io is efficient, friendly and easy to use platform. It brings a lot of insights for yourself and for the people around you.

Cons:

The best way that TeamScope might improve is by providing more detailed analyse when the personal profiles are finished.

I find the results a very accurate description of my professional motivation.

Pros:

Really simple to use UI and great insights into your professional personality, based on social media and personality questionnaires.

Cons:

For non-native English speakers, it would be good to have some explanations in the quizzes.

Thank you for the really helpful feedback Georg. Glad to hear the results are accurate and you are right that we have to simplify a bit for non-native speakers, already working on it.

Based on individual test results it would be very interesting for user to get insights in to what rolls/teams other users with similar profiles are in.

Pros:

Allows team leaders to analyse existing dynamics within the team and makes suggestions on ways to improve.

Cons:

Only in English

Thanks for the feedback, Mikk. I see the idea of proposing team roles / functions to users has already come up twice from you and Noemi, so I guess we have to get it done :) Thanks

It would be interesting to have job examples in the suggestions extra to the types of environments described in the categories of the results, or industry examples.

People often try to figure out what their calling is, these types of tests would be perfect for that - making a detailed market/personality analysis and adding industries and/or jobs as suggestions would be a fine addition to your product.

Pros:

The questions are very astute and the results are presented in a positive language pushing for ambition and will to improvement.

Cons:

The connection to the social media accounts could be improved. I tried to connect my linkedin account and there was no authorization button.

Thank you for the really helpful feedback Noemi - we have been thinking about how to add more value to the candidates as well, and giving recommendations on what kind of industries / jobs would probably be most motivating to them is a great idea. Thanks for pointing out the bug with LI, we'll check that immediately.

Thanks for the feedback Priit, really helpful. And completely true that we have to work on making the process more engaging for team members, will improve on that soon.

I have experience with 20 middle-level managers from one company, and they are still satisfied regarding TeamScope.

Pros:

TeamScope gives me very clear overview about team internal health. Innovative and very visual and based on the psychological test.

Cons:

As team building trainer, I need more flexible user interface for sub-teams creation.

To hire the correct person you need to know his/er profile and also the profile of all your team members with whom they will be working to find the correct match. Teamscope helps you to do that

Pros:

good visual to present different team member profiles

Cons:

the possibility to integrate with different other currently used recruiting/profile solutions.

Glad to hear that the absolute market leader in UX/UI is happy with our visuals :) And good point about integration - have received the same feedback from several customers, so we have to get moving on that.
Agilist, AGLX Consulting

Teamscope is impressive for its initial capability set, and the UI is exceptional in many ways. The holistic overview of teams and individuals is both interesting and useful.

However, I consider Teamscope to be an early product which possess much more as-yet-unrealized potential than current utility. The psychological underpinnings of personality congruence in teams are a fantastic start, but Teamscope needs to expand its foundational assumption-set to include research on teams and teamwork from the domains of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, and Cognitivie Science. Teams don't work (or not) simply due to personalities, as that is only 1 nodal reference point in a complex network of human psycho-social interaction, and when we introduce that into socio-technical systems, the dynamics change even more (people interact with technology differently than they do with other people). Personality analysis is the tip of the very, very large iceberg. I'm excited to see what Teamscope will be able to do.

Pros:

Teamscope is a robust, highly innovative platform which provides a rich, holistic view of team dynamics, personalities, and culture.

Cons:

Personality identification is only one component in the complex dynamic system of human interactions. Lots left to uncover and explore here!

Great feedback Chris - I agree that we are just scratching the surface of a really complex, but at the same time exciting question. And we are in no way trying to oversimplify the complexity of human interaction in a team setting, just making the first baby steps to understand it. So there's a long journey ahead, but if our users keep supporting us the way you have till now, I am sure we'll get there.
Head of Human Resources

we have used the system on 1 team + i have personally tested some features. looks promising! still many things can be added in the future, but basis is there.

Pros:

Visually appealing, simple to use.

Cons:

Thanks for the feedback Maris. Really glad to hear we are moving in the right direction, but agree that there's a long way to go still to cover our main use cases. I will keep you posted when we launch major updates.

Tested this on the teams in our incubator and the feedback is really good. Go!

Pros:

Great quasi-anonymous second opinion on oneself

Cons:

With lots of questions to answer to, there should be a backtrack button in case you hit the wrong one on a shaky screen or in hurry.

Good feedback Martin - already working on the back button for the surveys. And looking forward to the next batch at the incubator - always great teams to work with.

We have used it to analyse our own team for development purpose. This is an additional value of the Team Scope for any team even without a necessity to hire new members.

Pros:

Handy tool to analyse the team with a good visual modelling

Cons:
