Hopefully people continue to try/create things even if some older/bigger already exists.

@acemtp@h_halvi I'd just like to point out that Smooch has a pretty awesome free plan that we've implemented over at http://icow.us. In which ways do you all plan to differentiate yourselves?
@jonathankau@h_halvi we have cool integrations (including slack) and a mature product @konotor (was on PH in early 2014, when PH was a much smaller community) + I guess disadvantage of visibility when you aren't in North America
