After 12+ years of creating corporate training, this is unequivocally the best training product I've ever used. Here's why: • Engaging customer service: The knowledgeable and enthusiastic employees provide exceptional assistance. • Easy-to-learn user interface: It’s fun to use and play with, thanks to its simplicity. • Plentiful, high-quality learning material: Step-by-step training videos supplement the already comprehensive program. • Reasonable pricing: Considering its industry-leading features and resources, it offers great value. All these reasons are why, for me, it was easy to choose this for my go-to corporate training video creation tool.

I've used this solution for several months and have been really happy with the results. Not sure how it would scale given the pricing and limits, but for my needs of creating an occasional video it was quite convenient and well priced.

Very labor intensive to use, too much time and video quality is meh. Monthly Pricing sign up is only certain length videos so you are able to see the finished version for review in the monthly membership. This is extremely misleading and forces the customer to either sign up for the year to see what the video looks like or wait 30 more days. If I had to do it all over again, it would be a no brain HARD PASS!

I can not recommend. Support is usless. I feel myself robbed because you must to use subscription. Minutes that you bought burned in the next month. Videos are not great and you have feeling that this is fake avatars. Not recommend because you can always find better alternative.

Really great product, but HeyGen has it beat in terms of quality

The authoring environment for videos is pretty wonky. My video also got stuck rendering and needed to contact support.

Synthesia is really easy to use and generate videos - just type text and hit go. They are rapidly adding more avatars and you can pay to create your own custom avatar. It does take a little bit of tweaking to the audio cadence right. It does help to upload your own audio with the Pro accounts, though it costs quite a bit more. The standard plan gives 10 videos per month, and there is a fairly big cost to get to the next price tier. I am excited to see more control over facial expressions and performance.

ProductHunt Users Beware: Synthesia Warning - Fraudulent and Unprofessional Service! I feel compelled to warn fellow ProductHunt users about my recent experience with Synthesia. Not only did I find their service to be of poor quality and unprofessional, but when I requested a refund, I was met with what appears to be a fraudulent scheme. Initially, they agreed to process my refund within five days. However, this deadline came and went with no refund in sight. When I attempted to follow up, I was met with automated messages claiming they were "busy" and would "get back to me in a few days." Unfortunately, these promises have proven to be empty, and I am left feeling deceived and frustrated. It is disheartening to see a company on ProductHunt engage in such unethical practices. I urge all users to be cautious when considering doing business with Synthesia. Do your due diligence and research before committing to any purchase, as you may find yourself in a similar situation, battling a company that seems to prioritize deception over customer satisfaction. Stay vigilant and take care!
