It works, support is great (but most of the time they will try to force you to upgrade your subscription tier) but VERY expensive, and really, how hard it can be to collect text forms from users? I also hate their predatory business practices. The system is designed in a way to squeeze you dry little by little. Super unfriendly for the smaller products or solopreneurs, so if you are one of them - don't waste your time. Perhaps their Enterprise clients are happy though

I checked your case, and the team didn't force you to upgrade your subscription; they unlocked the feature you needed without asking a question or suggesting an upgrade.
