Thanks @CedFunches! Absolutely, when measuring customer experience, transactional surveys are the way to go and we’ve got some pretty interesting stuff coming up regarding this. You can actually integrate Surveypal already to hundreds of apps using Zapier https://zapier.com/zapbook/surve... or use our REST API. We are also working on number of direct integrations to make the setup even easier.
