Sunsama for macOS

If Trello & Google Calendar had a baby - now for Mac

Sunsama for macOS organizes all the work you need to do each day in one place. It's like Trello + Google Calendar. The new macOS desktop app helps you stay focused throughout the day without getting distracted by your browser.

the to do app I have been waiting for. Absolute recommendation.

great overvierw, manages tasks with a timeline perspective - great product!

recurring events missing

Product Owner @Diconium

The hard thing I find, is that Sunsama almost is useless if you use different services than they currently integrate. With the massive amount of tools and services that are offered online, I wonder if there's a user they can actually find fitting to their use case.

In my workflow, I need JIRA, Asana, Trello, Meistertask, Apple reminders and culturedcode things to be integrated, to pull all my tasks into one platform. Currently Apple calendar / fantastical do an OK job on that, Sunsama just simply isn't cutting.

Oh and the lack of two way sync for some things made me stop using it, sorry guys!

Great looks, intuitive design, nice name

Integrations are very meager

CPO @ Sunsama
Agreed that the integrations are still very limited, and that without those, it makes Sunsama fall short of its potential to unite all the work you're doing each day in one place. This will be our priority in the coming months - thanks for the additional context about the tools essential to your daily workflow. Helps us prioritize where to focus!
Making Things Happen

Use it for 3 weeks now. Really like it! Would love to see a pomodoro timer built in.

UPDATE Sept 6: Just upgraded to paid Pro version. Love it.

Things I miss:

- Mobile App

- Pomodoro Timer

Will see what can I achieve with the API (it is included in PRO version) and will report back.

Easy to use, helps to GTD

Sometimes the window disappears, have to restart the app

Hello there! I was reading your comment and saw you missed a Pomodoro Timer. I would recommend PomoDone, it integrates with nearly any productivity app around there and it's free! The premium features are just some extra stuff, all the main functionality is free. Give it a try!
