I've used Streak for + 3 years and has always been my go to. I've set it up for clients for sales, project management and my personal inbox.

Support is always willing to help and once you think you have mastered it, there is another hidden feature. (formulas in a CRM anyone?)

Make sure to hold an onboarding session for your team and commit, it will pay off.

Pros:

Simple, it works, no bullshit and is very flexible. Free version has all the bells.

Cons:

Due to the design and deep intergration, can be daunting.

Average reply from Customer service : 5 days after sending a reminder almost every day.

Pros:

Simplicity, integrates with Gmail.

Cons:

Bad customer service, very slow response time, missing entire pipeline, data disappears, buggy

Indispensable for managing hires and pipelines, been using it every day for months. However, it frequently takes a couple of seconds to load, and can take longer to retrieve old emails assigned to a box.

This is an absolutely Fantastic Product. I've been using streak now for about 6 months and the longer I use it, the more and more impressed with it I am. The support is also amazing and the fact that the product keeps on getting improved as time goes on makes it even more amazing. I'm also glad they added the middle priced tier for solo users as the bridge between free and Business. I love streak so much I even use it in a personal capacity as a way to keep my inbox absolutely sorted. This is by far my favourite CRM because it is very simplistic yet at the same time very complex with what you can do with it. So would definitely recommend whether you are a one man show or a larger business. Excited to see what the Future holds.

It's a user-friendly product but needs some improvements in UI. Over all it's good.
educator
As an educator I'd love to see this product have an educational pricing. I've been able to adapt this for contacting families and feel it has a lot of potential to make educators lives easier too. Admittedly working as a teacher I'm very limited in my budget but would love to continue recommending your software to my colleagues and administrators. Thanks in advance for the consideration.
