Getting paid to help get your friends a job is a win-win. It will be interesting after sometime to analyze the referrals you successfully placed and compare their tenure/quality vs industry average time at job. My hunch is that your referrals stick around longer since they were brought in by the best potential headhunter...a friend that knows them best.

@ahuie good point. We will definitely share everything we learn from all this data. It is going to be very interesting. We already noticed the time from posting to hire being below other channels.
