We've been using Spoke Phone for a number of years and throughout that time have compared it with other modern cloud phone systems. For us, its out of box integrations coupled with its powerful APIs and webhooks give us the flexibility to integrate Spoke with our business the way we need it to. Having the same application and functionality across desktop and mobile is industry leading and the recent introduction of SMS and WhatsApp shared inbox make this a highly recommended product.
