Spoke is a simpler, smarter way to manage workplace requests. It has everything support teams like IT and HR need to keep employees happy and productive, including ticketing, knowledge management, and self-service powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

Would you recommend this product?

We've been using Spoke for a little over two months and everyone on the team loves it!

Saves us time and forces us to have better organization for our knowledge base. The more we use it the smarter Spoke gets and we're seeing a good amount of automated replies which saves us time.

The team at Spoke is great! Everyone involved with onboarding has been great and they are always there to help us get the most out of Spoke.

Spoke, as a company, has been one of the best companies I've worked with so far. Helpful, attentive, and always helping us get the most out of Spoke. My users like using spoke and how easy it is, plus like feeling as though their requests are being handled quicker. They also get a lot less emails than our previous help desk, which is something they appreciate!

Spoke is still growing, and I look forward to growing along with them as we continue our partnership!

Pros:

Great interface, easy for end users, multiple ways to ask for help. And a great company to work with overall!

Cons:

Any cons there might be are in the works for future features of Spoke.

We really like the product. It’s a no brainer for anyone who wants to automate the same consistent office questions. 5 stars!

Pros:

The app is super fast – it was be used in an instant across text, email and Slack. It learns quickly & saves time for the office staff.

Cons:

We have 3 offices. So people need to be specific when asking a Q related to their office or they are given the wrong info.

Our company has been working with Spoke on a free trial for 3 months now and their team has been extremely helpful with building this platform and incorporating it into our call center. Spoke allows our employees and coworkers to be more effective because their questions are getting answered more quickly and efficiently, therefore improving their success within the company.

Pros:

Quick, easy & efficient.

Building the KB can be time consuming, but very much worthwhile.

We have been using Spoke since part of 2017. An excellent find to a tough problem plaguing any organization: Silo-ed domain knowledge.

Spoke let's users and teams get what they know out of their head and also helps us quickly ramp up new users.

Pros:

Intuitive User Interface, AMAZING support team and once the users get offloading their domain knowledge, a welcome addition!

Cons:

Making me obsolete :(

Pros:

Spoke saves us time by managing staff questions. The AI learns as you go so you're not constantly repeating yourself. We love Spoke!

What it takes to build a strong Bot platform?

How you differentiate Spoke from other bots that already exist in the market?

How did you get your first clients?

What's your market strategies?

A qualified yes with the hopes that it will get better over time. The idea is brilliant. We're having a hard time launching because it's clunky. We changed the name of the bot to ask-hr, but when it responded, it defaulted back to Spoke - so our test user didn't know what it was. It asks too many times, do you want to submit a request? The responses aren't "clean" - to much stray info: Filed Under, Visibility, Assigned to, Type. I just want it to push out an answer to the question if there is one in the system and be done. Not sure it's a long-term solution for us. But hoping.
