I picked it up when it came out, since I do think this is a real issue and the increasing number of online witch hunts is terrifying, so I'm curious as to what suggestions he has about making the web a nicer place--or at least one less likely to nuke someone's life on a whim.

It's a pretty deep book too. Definitely made me think twice before tweeting/commenting/posting something about someone.
